| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of the Goods, within 50 (fifty), but not earlier than 45 calendar days after the Buyer is provided with the documents provided for in subclauses 6.5.1.- 6.5.4 of clause 6.5. of the Agreement and the signing of the Act of Acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is set out in Appendix No. 5 to this Agreement). |
