| Payment terms: | Payment is made no earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (seventy five) calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance and transfer of goods. If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of participation of entities small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities" (confirmed by an extract from the Unified Register of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises) payment is made within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date of signing the Goods Acceptance and Transfer Act by the Buyer, subject to the provision of originals of the primary documents. |
