| Payment terms: | Payment under the contract shall be made upon delivery of the Goods, completed assembly and commissioning, within 50 (fifty), but not earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b), c), d), e), f), g) are submitted to the Buyer. 6.2. The Contract and the signing of Acts: acceptance and transfer of Goods, the act of delivery and acceptance of assembly and commissioning, (the forms are set out in Appendix No. 7, No. 9 to this Agreement). |
