| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods delivered under the Contract is made by the Buyer within no more than 45 (Forty–five) calendar days (with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles – no more than 15 calendar days) (for small and medium-sized enterprises of the Russian Federation (SMEs) - within 7 (Seven) working days) following the date of signing by the Buyer of documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty. |
