| Payment terms: | Payment shall be made no earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (seventy-five) calendar days from the time the receipt of the goods is signed. If the Supplier refers to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in accordance with the Russian Government's Decree No. 1352 of December 11, 2014 on the particulars of participation small and medium-sized enterprises in the procurement of goods, works, services by individual legal entities" (confirmed by an extract from the Unified Register of Small and Medium Enterprises) payment shall be made within 15 (fifteen) working days following the date of the Buyer signing the Acceptance of the Goods, provided the original original documents are provided. |
