| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of the Goods within 30 (Thirty) calendar days after providing the Buyer with the documents provided for in clause 5.4. the Agreement and the signing of the Goods Acceptance and Transfer Act (the form is set out in Appendix No. 3 to the Agreement) or, in cases provided for by the Agreement, from the date of receipt by the Supplier of the notification on the offset of counter homogeneous requirements. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
