| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays the Supplier the amount of money from the cost of delivery of the goods within 5 (five) business days from the date of signing the delivery agreement and invoicing by transferring an advance payment of 30% to the Supplier's current account.
The final payment of the cost of the goods to the Supplier in the amount of 70% is made by the Buyer for the actual volume of the delivered goods, taking into account the advance paid, within 7 (seven) business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse and signing of the Act of Acceptance of the transfer of the Goods. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
