| Payment terms: | An advance payment of 30% is transferred within 5 (Five) days after the occurrence of all the listed events: a) conclusion of the contract, b) transfer of the invoice to the Buyer for payment, c) enforcement of this contract. Payment in the amount of the remaining part of the price of the Goods is paid within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days (for SMEs - 15 (Fifteen) working days) after the delivery of the entire volume of goods and the signing of the consignment note by the Parties in the form of TORG-12. |
