-Terms of delivery: delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse at the address: 423601, Republic of Tatarstan, Elabuga metro area, Elabuga city, territory of the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, Sh-2 street, building 11/9. The territory of LLC "ALABUGA FIBER".
-Terms of payment: Payment of the Contract Price is made in the following order:

Option 1 (without advance payment)
within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of transfer of ownership of the Goods to the Buyer. Deferred payment is not a commercial loan.
Option 2 (advance payment is paid once in the amount of up to 30% of the Contract Price)
2.1. Advance payment in the amount of ___% of the Contract Price specified in clause 2.1. of the Contract, which is ___________ (_________) ________, including VAT ___________ (_________) _______, The Buyer undertakes to pay to the Supplier within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of the security for the return of the advance and the invoice for the payment of the advance;

The remaining amount in the amount of ___% of the Contract Price specified in clause 2.1. of the Contract, which is ___________ (_________) ________, including VAT ___________ (_________) _______, The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of transfer of ownership of the Goods to the Buyer. If the parties have agreed on the delivery of the Goods in batches, then payment for each batch of Goods is made minus the advance amount in full – until the entire advance amount is repaid (option – in proportion to the cost of the delivered and payable batch of Goods). Deferred payment is not a commercial loan.
- Delivery time of the Goods: in one batch, no later than 120 (one hundred and twenty) working days from the date of signing the delivery contract.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
