| Payment terms: | Every month from the moment of signing the contract, the Buyer, within 10 banking days, on the basis of the Supplier's invoice, makes an advance payment in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) rubles 00 kopecks, including VAT.
The amount of the final settlement is determined by the amount of fuel actually received in the reporting month according to the consignment note (unified form No. COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12/UPD) and is carried out by the Buyer within 10 (ten) bank days by bank transfer from the date of signing the consignment note (unified form No. COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12/UPD). If JSC "V/O "Isotope" does not choose the amount of fuel for the listed advance in the amount of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) rubles, including VAT 20%, the Buyer has the right to reduce the subsequent advance payable to the Supplier by the amount of the unused advance for the previous month. |
