Payment terms:payment is made by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by the contractor on the terms of 100% of the price of the Services provided and is paid within 15 calendar days (when purchasing from SMEs within 7 working days), after the parties sign the Acceptance Certificate, provide an invoice (not provided if the supplier is not a VAT payer or is exempt from performing the duties of a taxpayer).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
