- for non-SMEs: within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of incoming product inspection by the consignee at the purchase price of up to 5 million rubles, including VAT (inclusive), for 60 calendar days days from the date of signing the product inspection certificate by the consignee at the purchase price of more than 5 million rubles, including VAT.
