| Payment terms: | advance payment in the amount of 20% (Twenty percent) of the product price no later than 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the original supplier invoice for the corresponding advance payment; Payment in the amount of 80% (Eighty percent) of the price of the corresponding complete unit of products within 7 (Seven) working days following the date of signing the buyer of the act of acceptance and transfer of goods, subject to the provision of originals of primary documents and receipt of money from the Final customer. |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
