| Payment terms: | 30% - advance payment (no later than 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, subject to receipt of the invoice for payment and security for the refund of the advance);
40% - paid no earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days (if the manufacturer belongs to small and medium-sized businesses - within 15 working days) following the date of signing of the Transport Document, subject to the provision of originals signed by the Parties;
30% - payable no earlier than 45 and no later than 75 calendar days (if the manufacturer belongs to small and medium-sized businesses - within 15 working days), following the date of signing by the parties of the Torg-12 and the provision of originals of primary documents. |
