| Payment terms: | Payment for Products is made in the amount of 100% of the cost of the delivered Products, within no more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty, based on the invoice issued by the Supplier;
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 417 dated 03/21/2022, when concluding a supply contract with a Supplier who is a small and medium-sized business entity, payment for the delivered Products is made within no more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance of the delivered Products under the contract. |
