| Payment terms: | no more than 15 (Fifteen) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Consignment Note, subject to the provision of the originals of the following documents:
* For Russian companies:
invoices, invoices, TTN, Consignment note (Unified form TORG-12)
* For Belarusian companies:
invoices, invoices, TTN/TN
- The Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (one hundred percent) of the cost of the Goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer.
* Only for residents of the Russian Federation: if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of the participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities":
"Within 7 (Seven) working days following the date of signature of the Consignment Note by the Buyer, provided that the originals of the primary documents are provided.
* Only for residents of the Republic of Belarus: The cost of the goods upon delivery must be formed using a wholesale surcharge according to clause 23 in accordance with the Resolution of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus No. 73 dated July 30, 2021 "On the procedure for regulating prices for building materials, products, structures" (clause 32 of the list). |
