| Payment terms: | Payment under the Contract will be made in the following order: 100% of the contract price – within 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods (in the form according to Appendix No. 5 to the Contract), subject to the provision to the Buyer of the documents provided for in clause 6.5 of the Contract and the signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of installation, commissioning works, services rendered (in the form according to Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement). |
