| Payment terms: | the buyer makes the payment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days (if the Contractor belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the payment period is 7 (seven) working days) after the delivery of the goods, signing the TORG-12 consignment note and providing the original invoice and invoice (or UPD). Payment for the goods will be made by payment order from the Buyer's current account to the Supplier's current account.
