| Payment terms: | Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer in a non-cash manner by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account, upon delivery of the goods within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse (fixed by the waybill (COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process form-12) or UPD, receipt of an invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, and invoices for payment. |
