| Payment terms: | In accordance with Russian Government Decision No. 1205 of September 18, 2019, in case of contracting with a Small or Medium Enterprise Supplier Payment delivered The products are produced within 15 (fifteen) working days.
Product payment shall be made in the amount of 100% of the value of the Produce delivered as set out in Annex 1 to this letter within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt by the Buyer The products (signed by the Buyer of the Unified Form No. TRG-12 or the Universal Transfer Document), subject to its proper quality and complete complete, and provide accompanying documents confirming the quality of the Products based on an invoice made by the Supplier. |
