| Payment terms: | An advance in the amount not exceeding 30% (thirty percent) of the contract price will be paid by the Buyer to the Supplier within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the original request for an advance. The Buyer pays the total cost of the products, minus the advance payment previously paid, within 45 (forty-five) days from the date of receipt of all products under the Contract and all necessary documentation provided for in the Contract, and the signing by the Parties of transfer documents in respect of the entire volume of products under the Contract. |
