| Payment terms: | Settlements under the Agreement shall be made in a non-cash manner by transferring money to the Contractor's account within 15 (fifteen) working days after receipt Purchaser of goods, signing invoice and receipt of payment invoices, invoices from the Supplier (subject to the clearance established by applicable Russian law Federations and Treaty). |
