| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the actually delivered Goods within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the consignee at the Place of shipment, on the basis of the signed by the Parties:
- issued original invoice, invoice,
- consignment notes signed by the Parties (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12), consignment note (TTN) and/or universal transfer document (UPD) from the Supplier, provided that the originals of the submitted documents are drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, and all documents are submitted in accordance with clause4.7 of the Contract. In case of late provision by the Supplier of the original documents specified in this clause of the Contract, payment by the Buyer shall be made within 7 (seven) business days (or, if expressly provided for in the bid documentation, a period similar to the settlement period under the relevant revenue contract is indicated) from the date of provision in full of the last document |
