| Payment terms: | - advance payment of 20% of the Contract price within 7 (seven) banking days after the conclusion of the Contract, the transfer of the invoice to the Buyer for payment and ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the Contract in accordance with the draft Contract;
- the second advance payment of 60% of the Contract price, within 15 (fifteen) banking days after signing the Acceptance Certificate of the Equipment by the Customer;
- payment of the remaining 20% within 7 (seven) banking days after the Buyer signs the originals of all accompanying documents, including those provided for in the Terms of Reference |
