Payment terms:100 % of the price (accepted) The goods shall be paid no earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days and no later than 20 calendar days after acceptance of the goods in terms of quantity and quality (signing by both parties of the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12/UPD) and providing the Buyer with the invoice and documents provided for in clause 3.1.1.1 of the draft contract;
