| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer in the following order:
- advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total value of the Goods, which is ____ (______________________________________) rubles – within 5 (five) calendar days after signing this Agreement, based on the Supplier's invoice for the advance payment;
- payment of the remaining 70% of the total value of the Goods, which is ____ (______________________________________) within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of completion of delivery of the Goods, based on the invoice for payment and documents signed by both Parties specified in clause 3.5. of this Agreement, in the absence of comments on the quantity, completeness and quality of the Goods.
Payment of Works is carried out by the Buyer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act on the completed Works, based on the invoice, invoice. Deferred payment is not a commercial loan. |
