| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods will be made in the following terms:
- 45 (forty-five) calendar days with the contract price exceeding 5 (five) million rubles (for the winner/sole Bidder of the procurement procedure who is not a SME entity);
- no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty at a contract price of up to 5 million rubles (inclusive) (for a Bidder who is not a SME entity);
- no more than 7 working days from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance of the Goods under the contract (a separate stage of the contract) with the SME entity. Advance payment is not provided. |
