| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the delivered Goods in the following order:
- if the contract amount exceeds 5,000,000.00 (five million rubles 00 kopecks): within
45 (forty-five) calendar days (for SMEs – 7 (seven) working days);
- if the amount of the contract is up to 5,000,000.00 (five million rubles 00 kopecks): within 15 (fifteen) calendar days (for SMEs – 7 (seven) working days)
from the date of signing by the Parties of the universal transfer document (hereinafter UPD)
(signing the consignment note and sending the invoice). |
