| Payment terms: | Option 1:
Payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of the Product will be made within 45 calendar days from the moment the Supplier fulfills its obligations to deliver the Goods.
Option 2:
The cost of the goods is paid in the following order:
- advance payment in the amount of 30% within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the Contract by the Parties and sending a notification to start production.
- final payment in the amount of 70% within 45 calendar days from the date the Supplier fulfills its obligations to deliver the Goods. A share of the advance payment equal to the share of the value of the delivered goods in the total value of the Goods to be delivered shall be credited to the payment for the batch of Goods. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
