| Payment terms: | an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the equipment of the corresponding power unit is paid on the basis of a request for payment of an advance payment, provided that the customer receives proper security for the execution of the contract, ensuring the return of the advance payment;
payments for the delivered equipment in the amount of 45% of the equipment price for the corresponding power unit are made by the customer within 30 calendar days after the supplier issues an invoice for payment with a copy of the equipment acceptance and transfer act signed by the parties attached;
payment of 2.5% of the cost of the equipment of the corresponding power unit,
as well as 100% payment for installation supervision will be carried out by the customer for the accepted services in proportion to the acceptance of installation supervision services;
payment of 2.5% of the cost of the equipment of the corresponding power unit,
as well as 100% payment for the commissioning will be carried out by the customer for the services received in proportion to the acceptance of the commissioning services;
a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of delivery of the power unit equipment is paid by the customer after delivery of the power unit equipment; |
