Payment terms:within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date (moment) of receipt of the Goods in full and signing of the consignment note/ universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as the UPD) by authorized representatives of the Parties (If the procurement participant belongs to SMEs, the payment period will be 15 (fifteen) working days in accordance with paragraph 14 (3) of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.12.2014 N 1352).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
