| Payment terms: | – the Buyer pays an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total price of this agreement within 10 (ten) business days from the date of sending a written notification from the Buyer about the start of Equipment delivery, provided that the Supplier
provides security for the return of the advance;
– the Buyer pays the final payment in the amount of 50% of the total price of this agreement upon delivery of the Equipment
within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice on the basis of the signed act of acceptance and transfer of the Equipment
(subject to the transfer to the Buyer of the full package of necessary documents specified in clause 6.4 of this Agreement, and in the absence of claims on the quantity, quality and completeness of the transferred Equipment) |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
