Option 1: payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the batch of goods is made by the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the batch of goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the invoice and signed shipping documents.
Option 2: advance payment of the value of the batch of goods in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the bid for the delivery of the batch of goods, and receipt of the invoice for payment; the remaining payment in the amount of 70% (seventy percent) of the value of the batch of goods is paid by the Buyer in within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the batch of goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the invoice for payment and signed shipping documents. |
