Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
1. no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of obligations and which, under the terms of the agreement, are the basis for making payment for the obligations performed by the counterparty and accepted by the customer under contracts for the supply of goods, provision of services, performance of works, the list of which is set out in Section 1 of Appendix No. 18, except for:
2. contracts for the supply of goods, provision of services, performance of works involving payment of the contract price in the amount of up to 5 million rubles (inclusive), as well as contracts for the provision of secondment services for employees, medical, educational services – no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty;
3. contracts with the sole supplier - the organization of the nuclear industry – no more than 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subject to receipt of documents for payment executed in compliance with the established standards);
4. contracts with the SME entity – no more than 7 working days from the date of signing by the customer of the document on acceptance of the delivered goods (work performed, services rendered) under the contract (a separate stage of the contract).

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
