| Payment terms: | -payment is made in accordance with Federal Law No. 104-FZ of April 16, 2022 within 7 (seven) working days after the Buyer receives the products (the Buyer signs the consignment note of the unified form No. TORG-12, provided it is of proper quality and in proper completeness;
- the VAT rate is 0%, since these products will subsequently be exported to the Branch of JSC "NIKIMT-Atomstroy" in the Arab Republic of Egypt. |
