| Payment terms: | Upon delivery of the Goods, after
the buyer has signed documents confirming
the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subject to receipt
of documents for payment executed in compliance with the established norms
).
1. When concluding an agreement with
a non–SME entity - in accordance with the procedure established
by paragraph a) of Part 7.1. of Article 9.1. of the EEA, namely - no
more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing
documents confirming the performance
of obligations by the counterparty;
2. When concluding an agreement with an entity
that is an SME - in accordance with the procedure established
by paragraph c) of part 7.1. of Article 9.1. of the EEA, namely - no
more than 7 working days from the date of signing documents
confirming the fulfillment
of obligations by the counterparty. |
