for the delivered Goods shall be made by the Customer by transferring money to the Contractor's current account specified in the Agreement upon the Contractor's delivery of the Goods within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (when entering into contracts with small and medium-sized enterprises, the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation) after the Parties sign the Act receiving-transfer without comment, based on invoice invoice (not provided if Contractor is not a VAT payer or is exempt taxpayer duties) |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
