| Payment terms: | payment is made no earlier than 15 (Fifteen) calendar days (if the Contractor belongs to SMEs - within 15 (fifteen) business days) from the date of signing the reporting documents in accordance with the terms of the draft agreement on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor for payment.
There are no advance payments under the contract. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
