| Payment terms: | The scope and terms of delivery of Equipment are defined in Appendices No. 1.1, 1.2 to the Contract.
Technical requirements for the Equipment are specified in Appendix No. 2 to this letter (Initial technical requirements for the purchase).
Terms of delivery – DAP Construction site of Paks NPP (Incoterms 2010).
Payment terms are defined in Article 8 of the Agreement and Appendix No. 12 to the Agreement.
The TAP must have a validity period of at least 180 calendar days from the date of submission. |
