| Payment terms: | payment for the Products is made in the amount of 100% of the cost of the Products supplied, specified in Appendix No. 1 hereto, within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt by the Buyer Products (signing by the Buyer of the consignment note of the unified form No. TORG-12 or universal transfer document), provided it is of proper quality and in proper completeness, and providing accompanying documents confirming the quality of the Products on the basis of an invoice issued by the Supplier; In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1205 dated September 18, 2019, when conclusion of a supply agreement with the Supplier, which is a small and medium-sized business entity, payment for the delivered Products is made within 15 (fifteen) working days. |
