| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the Goods by transferring an advance payment in the amount of 30 (thirty)% of the price of the Goods within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice for payment to the Buyer, after signing this Agreement, subject to the occurrence of clause 2.6 of the Agreement and submission by the Supplier of the documents provided for in clause 5.1.18 of the Agreement, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations, if it is provided for by the provisions of this Agreement.
The remaining part of the price in the amount of 70 (seventy) % of the price of the Goods is paid by the Buyer within 15 calendar days after receipt of the Goods and signing by both Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods, in the presence of UPD (and in case of technical impossibility of registration of UPD - waybill COMPETITIVE BIDDING process-12) and issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation invoice (if not issued UPD), based on the invoice issued by the Supplier for payment. |
