| Payment terms: | Fuel payment is made by the Buyer by transferring non-cash funds to the Supplier's current account:
within 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of the obligations under the contract, subject to receipt of documents for payment executed in compliance with the established norms (except for SMEs);
within 7 working days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of the obligations under the contract, subject to receipt of payment documents executed in compliance with the established norms (MSP). |
