| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer for the products actually delivered in rubles by transferring the amount indicated in the invoice to the Supplier's settlement account within 10 (ten) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods on Request on the basis of the invoice.
The maximum value of the Goods delivered under the Contract during its validity period is: 240,000 (Two hundred and forty thousand) rubles 00 kopecks, including 20% VAT: 40,000 (Forty thousand) rubles 00 kopecks. The Supplier has no right to accept requests for Goods and issue invoices for amounts exceeding the specified limit.
The Goods are delivered at the Supplier's expense within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The Contract comes into force from the moment of its conclusion by the Parties and is valid for one year or until the maximum amount of the Contract is reached, depending on which event occurs earlier.
Additionally, monitoring participants need to fill out and attach a price offer table (the table form is located on the "Monitoring Documentation" tab). |
