| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer for the actually delivered products in rubles by transferring the amount indicated in the invoice to the Supplier's current account within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the Goods upon Bid based on the invoice.
The maximum value of the Goods delivered under the Contract during its validity period is: 595 240 (Five hundred ninety five thousand two hundred forty) rubles 00 kopecks, including VAT 20%. The Supplier has no right to accept bids for Goods and issue invoices for amounts exceeding the specified limit.
The Goods are delivered at the Supplier's expense within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the bid.
The Agreement comes into force from the moment of its conclusion by the Parties and is valid for one year or until the maximum amount of the Agreement is reached, depending on which event comes first.
Additionally, monitoring Bidders need to fill in and attach a price offer table (the table form is located on the "Monitoring Documentation" tab). |
