| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods under the Agreement will be made upon delivery of the Goods, no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days, but not earlier than 15 (fifteen) calendar days, after the Buyer is provided with the documents provided for in subitems 6.4 of clause 6 of the Agreement and signing the Act of Acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is set out in Appendix No. 7 to this Agreement). |
