| Payment terms: | Advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Contract Price is made by the Buyer within 30 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, if there is an invoice for payment, the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance payment, ensuring the execution of the Contract. The final payment in the amount of 70% of the price of the delivered Equipment will be made upon delivery of the relevant Equipment (batch of Equipment), within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12/UPD for the delivered Equipment, if there is a signed Act(s) of input control of the Equipment without notes on the identified inconsistencies (without comments), issued(s) by the Buyer, subject to the provision by the Supplier of warranty security, as well as the provision by the Supplier of original documents. |
