| Payment terms: | 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the originals of the consignment note/UPD or compiled in electronic form according to the formats approved by the current orders of the Federal Tax Service of Russia (except for electronic documents compiled according to the formats approved by orders of the Federal Tax Service of Russia dated 11/30/2015 N MMV-7-10/551@ and N MMV-7-10/552@) and primary accounting documents sent using electronic document management (hereinafter referred to as EDI). |
