| Payment terms: | Payment is made no earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (seventy-five) calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance and transfer of the goods.
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the peculiarities of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities" (confirmed by an extract from the Unified Register of Small and Medium-sized businesses):
- within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date of signing the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of the Goods by the Buyer, provided that the original primary documents are provided. |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
