Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment under the Agreement is made:
- An advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total Contract price specified in clause 2.1. of the Contract shall be paid by the Buyer within 7 (seven) business days from the date of providing security for the refund of the advance payment, based on the invoice issued to the Buyer by the Supplier for payment, which will reflect the distribution of the advance payment for each unit of Goods. The advance payment is transferred not earlier than the deadline for sending the Notification specified in clause 1.5. of the Agreement.
- for the delivery of the Goods specified in clauses 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 of the Requirements Specification, it is paid within 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Certificate on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier for payment
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
