| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods is made by bank transfer on the basis of invoices issued by the Supplier on the terms of 100% of the price of the delivered Goods and is paid within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days, (when concluding contracts with small and medium-sized businesses, the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation), after the Parties sign the consignment note in the form of TORG-12, provision of an invoice (not provided if the Supplier is not a VAT payer or is exempt from fulfilling the duties of a taxpayer), duly executed. |
